Designation: Senior Associate - Performance Marketing
Location: Mumbai
Job Description :
-Understand your client group, peer set and the industry.
-Develop an understanding of products and tools, and gather and analyse data at an account, campaign and industry level.
-Manage and monitor account growth through implementing campaign solutions.
-Optimize buying and identify pockets of maximum opportunity.
-Constant communication & coordination internally within teams.
-Strategize and ideate with multiple internal teams to identify new revenue opportunities and increase revenue streams from existing publishers.
-Maintain and operate day-to-day campaign spends.
-Identify and execute optimization recommendations to increase campaign ROI.
-Assist with campaign technical implementation and support troubleshooting.
To apply for this role you need to:
-Have 2 years of relevant digital campaign/ performance management experience.
-Have the ability to operate strategically and analytically, to understand client needs.
-Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity, with a passion to create and share best practices to inculcate a culture of learning by sharing.
-Have the ability to independently lead, communicate and collaborate with multiple business partners and work effectively with global teams.
-Have the ability to complete large volumes of work quickly and independently.
-Have the ability to work proactively and manage accounts, deliverables and key objectives.
-Have familiarity with Internet search industry preferred.
-Be tech inclined and open to working with a team of developers to identify and convey unique requirements from all publishers.
-Have experience in Online Media (mandatory)
