Designation: Sr. Associate/ Manager- Compensation & Benefits
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai (Work from Office)
Senior Associate/ Manager – Compensation & Benefits will be responsible for complete gamut of activities pertaining to compensation & benefits across the institute. The key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with Director HR and Leadership to align compensation strategies with the institute’s goals and competitive practices.
- Implement and administer compensation structures, including salary bands, incentive programs, and merit cycles.
- Execute annual increments for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate implementation aligned with institute’s guidelines.
- Processing monthly payroll of all employees on time and through the appropriate channels
- Conduct job evaluations and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay practices.
- Prepare and analyze compensation data for reviews and adjustments.
- Manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and wellness initiatives.
- Support benefits enrolment processes, including educating employees and resolving queries.
- Conduct regular audits of benefits programs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on compensation and benefits policies.
- Support HR projects related to workforce planning, employee engagement, and institutional changes.
- Leverage HRIS tools to analyze compensation and benefits data.
- Generate insights and reports to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support Director HR in new HR initiatives as and when required.
Qualification: MBA in HR/ CA Inter with minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in employee compensation
