Job Description:
This position is responsible to develop and lead the implementation of the Affordable Housing Loan Segment strategy in line with the overall business strategy. Also, to ensure the achievement of profitability targets through revenue maximization and prudent cost management.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Setup & Revenue Generation:
Responsible for carrying out the business planning and budgeting exercise for Affordable Housing Loan finance vertical
Assuming overall responsibility for the P&L and AUM targets and ensuring business growth in a profitable manner with sound quality.
To create Annual operating plan, long-range plan and build the required capabilities to deliver best-in-class profitable business
To build and deliver on annual operating plan
Conceptualizing the offerings and oversee the development of associated policies
Responsible for channel strategy including decision-making regarding the geographic expansion of Affordable Housing Loan.
To review and evaluate performance to ensure that TVS Credit offerings are differentiated, pricing is competitive, value proposition is compelling and customer-centric
Identify new business opportunities and enable TVS Credit leadership to make decisions related to investment, M&A etc.
Responsible for ensuring that necessary systems and processes are in place and adhered to, across all functions.
Leverage technology to drive innovative and cost-effective operating models and deliver superior customer experience
Risk Management:
Regular monitoring, review and analysis of performance and policies to ensure business objectives are met
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes
Stakeholder Management:
Develop, onboard and nurture new corporate relationships and strategic partnerships
Act as a liaison with all support functions within TVS Credit to ensure the smooth functioning of Affordable Housing Loan finance vertical
Team Leadership:
Cascading of responsibilities across various functions within the Affordable Housing finance vertical
Create a collaborative and high-performance culture, promoting excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
Brand Promotion:
Oversee marketing efforts to ensure adequate visibility and positive perception among customers
Ensure strong market presence and customer engagement
Job Requirements:
Post Graduate / MBA
20+ years of experience in Affordable Housing Loan Sales and Collections
Knowledge of regulations around Retail SME finance
Exposure across multiple geographies
Sales orientation with strong negotiation skills
Strategic and analytical thinking
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
People Management & Networking skills
