The incumbent is expected to be a self- starter, who can work with minimal supervision,in a dynamic, fast- paced environment.Reporting to Manager , the Senior Process Specialist will have responsibility for the following key areas.Role description and responsibility overviewReviewing month end journals and book-keeping activities..Preparing management accountsSuppliers – communicating to obtain information and interrogation.Client – communicating with the clients to obtain information and approvalPayments – preparation and obtaining approval for payments.VAT Returns – review and file returnsCorporation Tax – prepare for reviewAudit – preparation of year end audit file and collation of audit information.Overseeing the work prepared by Trainee or Process AssociatesTraining the junior members of the teamSupporting the Manager.IT System RequirementsXero, Sage, QuickbooksCandidate profileCA/ACCA qualified with 1 to 2 years PQE or MBA/Business graduate with 3 to 5 years of finance experienceBetween 3 to 5 years relevant experienceProficiency in English communication.Communicates clearly and conciselyFocused on internal and external client needsCalm and focused under pressureDelivers on commitments with a sense of urgencyWorks with the utmost integrity, does the right thingStructured thinker, anticipates and solves problemsBuilds positive working relationships with energyLocation / Hours • Noida. • Shift timings: 13:30 - 22:00 / 11:30 - 20:00 on a (weekly rotating basis).
