Job Title: Senior Share Transfer SpecialistThe primary objective of this role is to manage the transfer and dematerialization of shares. We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with expertise in processing physical share transfers.Key responsibilities include coordinating with depositories (NSDL/CDSL) and internal stakeholders for regulatory compliance, handling end-to-end processing of physical share transfer requests, undertaking field work, managing dematerialization and rematerialization processes, maintaining accurate records, addressing shareholder queries, and ensuring strict adherence to SEBI guidelines.The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Responsibilities:Processing physical share transfers and converting them into dematerialized form.Coordinating with Registrar and Transfer Agents for seamless execution of share transfers.Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with SEBI regulations.Addressing shareholder queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.Requirements:Practical experience in share transfer and dematerialization processes.Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations and guidelines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Benefits:Opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a rapidly growing industry.Chance to develop skills in share transfer and dematerialization processes.Competitive salary and benefits package.
