Location: Mumbai

CTC : Upto 6-8 Lakhs PA
Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Insurance Sales Professional who excels in business acquisition and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in selling Life, Health, Motor, and Travel Insurance, with a strong focus on achieving monthly business targets and onboarding new Point of Sales Persons (POSPs). This role demands a proactive, results-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development: To Aggressively drive the sales of Life, Health, Motor, and Travel Insurance products through direct and indirect channels. To Develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
2. POSP Recruitment and Management: To Identify, recruit, and onboard new POSPs to expand the sales network. To Provide training, motivation, and ongoing support to POSPs to ensure their productivity.
3. Target Achievement: To Consistently meet or exceed monthly business and POSP acquisition targets. To Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
4. Market Analysis: To Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and new insurance products. To Provide insights to enhance product offerings and marketing strategies.
5. Customer Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. To Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service and prompt resolution of queries.
Requirements: ∙
Mandatory Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in selling Life, Health, Motor, and Travel Insurance products. ∙
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and successfully onboard and manage POSPs. ∙
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales reporting systems. ∙
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred). Certifications in insurance sales will be an added advantage.
