Head of Sales

We are hiring a Head of Sales for our steel and cement retail distribution company in Odisha. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a dynamic and result-oriented professional ready to make a significant impact.
- Sales Leadership : Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Team Building : Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team from the ground up.
- Market Penetration : Identify and explore new business opportunities across Odisha, ensuring growth in market share.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
- Performance Management : Set and monitor individual and team performance metrics, ensuring targets are met consistently.
- Brand Development : Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
- Reporting : Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to the management.
- Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales and marketing experience in the Odisha market, preferably in the construction materials industry (Steel & Cement industry professionals will be preferred).
- Skills :
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
