Position – Area Sales Manager

Qualification – Any
Experience – More than 3 years’ (solar,batteries,inverter,electrical & electronics industries)
Salary – 4LPA
Role & Responsibility: -
Sales Strategy Development :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive solar product sales and meet company targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition :
- Identify potential customers and new sales opportunities within the solar energy market.
- Generate leads through various channels and convert them into long-term clients.
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries, provide information about products, and guide them through the buying process.
Product Knowledge and Training :
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of solar products, including technical specifications and benefits.
- Train and guide the sales team on product features, sales techniques, and customer handling.
Market Research and Analysis :
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the solar sector.
- Analyze customer feedback, market demand, and competitor performance to optimize sales strategies.
Sales Forecasting and Budgeting :
- Forecast sales volumes, revenue targets, and budget requirements for solar products and projects.
- Track sales metrics and report on sales performance to senior management.
Collaboration with Other Departments :
- Work closely with the marketing team to align promotional activities with sales goals.
- Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of solar products.
After-Sales Support :
- Coordinate with the service team to provide post-installation support, addressing any customer issues or maintenance needs.
