Head of Sales - Steel & Cement Distribution (Odisha)

We are hiring a

Head of Sales

for our steel and cement retail distribution company in Odisha. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a dynamic and result-oriented professional ready to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership : Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.Team Building : Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team from the ground up.Market Penetration : Identify and explore new business opportunities across Odisha, ensuring growth in market share.Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders.Performance Management : Set and monitor individual and team performance metrics, ensuring targets are met consistently.Brand Development : Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.Reporting : Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to the management.

Qualifications

Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales and marketing experience in the Odisha market, preferably in the construction materials industry (Steel & Cement industry professionals will be preferred).Skills :Strong leadership and team management abilities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results.Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
