About the Role: We are looking for a Seasoned Business Development Manager / Head who can get us new logos and generate revenue for the company. And has strong industry connects.

Experience: 8+ years of experience in business development, preferably within executive search, recruitment, or consulting firms.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the executive search market.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, decision-makers, and HR leaders in target companies.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals to expand the firm's client portfolio.

• Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitive insights, and emerging opportunities.

• Provide strategic recommendations to improve service offerings and client satisfaction.

• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

• Enhance brand visibility through innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.

Skills:

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Deep understanding of industry-specific hiring trends and executive recruitment processes.

• Ability to establish credibility and trust with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
