Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Client Acquisition• Identify and develop new business opportunities within target industries.• Build a pipeline of potential clients by researching prospects and approaching senior decision-makers.• Conduct client needs analysis to determine their recruitment challenges and present tailored RPO solutions.• Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue targets in alignment with company objectives. Relationship Management• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including HR and Talent Acquisition leaders.• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insight and guidance on industry trends and recruitment strategies.• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by facilitating smooth onboarding and transition processes.
Sales Strategy & Execution• Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales collateral, presentations, and proposal documents.• Lead contract negotiations and work closely with legal teams to finalize client agreements.• Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospects, showcasing RPO capabilities and value.
Market Analysis & Industry Expertise• Monitor and analyse industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging client needs to inform sales strategies.• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the RPO division and expand industry knowledge. Collaboration & Reporting• Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure that client expectations are met.• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including client interactions, status reports, and proposals.• Provide regular updates and forecasts to senior leadership on pipeline status, revenue projections, and market challenges.
Required Skills: -• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, specifically within RPO or recruitment solutions.• In-depth knowledge of the RPO model, recruitment trends, and talent acquisition strategies.• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
