Company Overview We are a leading player in the Geo spatial mapping industry, focused on delivering innovative software solutions to global businesses. Our mission is to drive growth and enhance operational efficiency for our clients. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Head- Telco to join our team and lead our sales efforts in the telco sector. Role Overview As a Business Head, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in our telecommunications business, with a focus on building and maintaining strategic relationships with key clients. You will report directly to the CEO and play a crucial role in achieving our ambitious growth targets. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to double our business from ₹50-60 crore to ₹100-120 crore within the next three years. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in telco businesses, leveraging existing connections within organizations like Tech Mahindra and Comviva. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a sales and presales team of 10-12 professionals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering a high-performance culture. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges within the telco sector. Sales Execution: Drive the entire sales process, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing deals. Collaboration: Work closely with product development and engineering teams to ensure client needs are met and solutions are tailored to the market. Qualifications Proven experience in hardcore sales within the telecommunications sector, particularly in software solutions. Strong existing relationships with key players in telco companies, specifically with Tech Mahindra, Comviva, or similar organizations. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
