Head - Investment - IPO - Merchant Banking

The Company has started a new vertical: "Idea to IPO" where it is partnering with selected strategic companies to propel their business trajectory towards lucrative expansion, professionalize and condense their sustainable growth and profitability; and finally steering these entities towards an initial public offering (IPO) within a 36 month horizon. These investee companies get a dedicated Growth Partner who works closely with the Promoter of these Investee Companies in helping to achieve the above strategic objective.

We are hiring Head (Investment) to handle the entire Portfolio of these Companies, Manage the Team of Growth Partners, Mentor and Guide them in building the Growth Trajectory and Profitability Metrics of these Companies and ultimately leading them to an IPO Attractive Compensation and Benefits including stock options

As the Head - Investments, expectations are as follows :

- Mentor, Guide and Lead the Team based on meritocracy parameters Portfolio Management: Oversee and nurture the development of portfolio companies, providing strategic direction and operational guidance to foster growth and market leadership

- Provide Strategic Oversight related to structure, controls, processes and create various metrics to measure operational effectiveness

- Mentor in building revenue trajectory and profitability for these companies

- Drive continuous Review along with Driving Improvement cycle

- Monitor the important KPIs and valuation metrics

- Monitor compliances are in place for these companies

- Getting these companies prepared for IPO

- Facilitate with Investors and Merchant Bankers regarding strategic partnerships with these companies

Qualifications and Requirements:

- MBA-Finance / CFA / CA

- Overall 15+ years of experience with 10+ years in Merchant Banking & 5+ years in SME IPO

- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.

- Strong strategic thinking, risk analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, networking and interpersonal skills.
