We are seeking an HR Associate to assist in fostering a supportive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.
Job Overview As an HR Associate, you will support the HR Executive in managing daily HR operations, including recruitment, training, employee engagement, attendance, and compliance. You will play an essential role in ensuring a seamless and efficient HR function that aligns with Centro’s values and supports our growing team.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create targeted job postings.
Facilitate onboarding by organizing orientation sessions and ensuring new hires feel welcomed and prepared.
Training & Development Coordinate and assist in implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and align with Centro’s standards.
Support the HR Executive in tracking training effectiveness and maintaining training records.
Employee Relations & Engagement Act as a point of contact for employee queries, ensuring timely and empathetic responses.
Help organize employee engagement activities and initiatives to enhance workplace morale and satisfaction.
Attendance & Leave Management Monitor attendance and leave records, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with department heads to manage leave requests while maintaining operational efficiency.
Payroll Support Assist in payroll processing by ensuring attendance and leave data are accurate and up-to-date.
Collaborate with the HR Executive to address payroll discrepancies promptly.
Compliance & Policies Maintain updated employee records and ensure confidentiality.
Support compliance with labor laws and company policies through accurate record-keeping and reporting.
Workplace Culture & Support Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects Centro’s core values.
Provide support in initiatives related to diversity, inclusion, and employee retention.
Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in the hospitality sector.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR management software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy, confidentiality, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
