Key responsibilities:
• Generate market intelligence (competition business) of allocated areas
• Achieve/exceeds revenue sales budget for the assigned territory.
• Building a sustainable and robust pipeline and ensuring accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planning.
• Effectively managing and driving the sales cycle from prospection to successful closure.
• Develop independently new sales revenue and order book.
• Grow sales territory and revenues through cold calls, networking, and referrals, attend industry events such as trade shows and other methods.
• Plan & organise time & territory in the most effective way to achieve/exceed productivity targets (face to face calls, selling hours etc.) whist maintaining progress with account maintenance, follow up of issues, administration etc.
• Builds & maintains effective long-term relationships between the Customer and Company that facilitates business retention and growth.
• Identifies & develops opportunities to grow the business and add value to the Customer seeking guidance on complex/large revenue opportunities, by introducing & advising on appropriate products and services from the full portfolio.
• Supporting Commercial teams on Collection activity of due Outstanding.
Skills Essential - B2B Sales/ Business Development - Negotiation skills- Capable of engaging with decision makers - Market combing- Identification of new prospects through cold calling - Good analytical skills with ability to identify actual issue /needs & match to appropriate solution/products
Essential - Personal vehicle (2-wheeler/ 4-wheeler) - Excellent verbal and written communications skills - Good geographical knowledge - Self-motivated & goal-oriented
Minimum of 4-5 years of years of selling experience in logistics space, preferably (Corporate Sales) Industries: Logistics
