Hiring: Acquisition Marketing Manager

Position Overview We are seeking a driven Acquisition Marketing Manager to lead all customer acquisition efforts across paid and organic channels. You’ll work cross-functionally to align paid media, SEO, and content strategies, managing performance campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads . Plan, launch, and scale lead-generation campaigns across Google Ads , Meta , and LinkedIn . Build and manage acquisition funnels from awareness to conversion. Partner with content and sales teams to align messaging with buyer intent. Track and analyze KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, lead-to-sale ratio). Lead A/B tests on landing pages, creative assets, and CTAs. Identify new channels, audiences, and growth opportunities. Present campaign performance and strategic recommendations to executives. 4+ years of experience in paid acquisition or performance marketing. ~ Strong grasp of Google Ads , Meta Ads , and CRM-based targeting. ~ Analytical mindset with experience using GA4 , HubSpot , and Data Studio . ~ Excellent project management and communication skills. ~ Experience with SaaS, B2B, or e-commerce industries is a plus.
