Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Manager to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer engagement for our FMCG products. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights, strategic thinking, and innovative marketing techniques to identify new opportunities and optimize existing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy Development:
Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Revenue Growth:
Drive sales performance through innovative campaigns, trade marketing, and channel partnerships.
Manage pricing strategies, promotions, and product placement to maximize ROI.
Market Expansion:
Identify and explore new market opportunities, including untapped geographies and customer segments.
Lead market entry strategies and oversee execution plans.
Data-Driven Insights:
Utilize analytics to track KPIs, measure campaign effectiveness, and inform decision-making.
Conduct customer behavior analysis to refine product positioning and marketing efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align on growth objectives.
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
Team Leadership:
Build and mentor a high-performing team focused on growth initiatives.
Set clear goals, provide feedback, and encourage innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 3 years in growth management, business development, or marketing within the FMCG industry.
Education: MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and market expansion.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and Excel.
