Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales performance through innovative campaigns, trade marketing, and channel partnerships.
  • Manage pricing strategies, promotions, and product placement to maximize ROI.
  • Market Expansion:
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities, including untapped geographies and customer segments.
  • Lead market entry strategies and oversee execution plans.
  • Data-Driven Insights:
  • Utilize analytics to track KPIs, measure campaign effectiveness, and inform decision-making.
  • Conduct customer behavior analysis to refine product positioning and marketing efforts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align on growth objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in growth management, business development, or marketing within the FMCG industry.
  • Education: MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and market expansion.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and Excel.
