Job Title: E-Commerce Manager
Location: Hyderabad

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated E-Commerce Strategy Manager to lead the development and implementation of comprehensive e-commerce strategies across multiple platforms, including Flipkart, Amazon, Nykaa, Purple, and 1MG. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in marketplace management, stakeholder engagement, and performance optimization to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Strategy Development:
Design and implement effective e-commerce strategies tailored to each platform (Flipkart, Amazon, Nykaa, Purple, 1MG).
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Align e-commerce strategies with overall business goals to maximize revenue and market share.
Marketplace Management:
Oversee daily operations and performance across all e-commerce platforms.
Ensure optimal product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities on each marketplace.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, operations) to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including marketplace account managers and partners.
Negotiate with marketplaces to secure advantageous terms and promotional opportunities.
Performance Optimization:
Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) across all e-commerce platforms.
Implement data-driven optimizations to enhance conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and overall sales performance.
Develop and execute A/B testing and other experiments to continuously improve e-commerce strategies.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Use analytics tools to track the effectiveness of e-commerce initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in e-commerce strategy development and execution, specifically on platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, Nykaa, Purple, and 1MG.
Strong understanding of marketplace management, including listing optimization, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Proficient in performance optimization techniques, including data analysis, A/B testing, and conversion rate improvement.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on achieving measurable results.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in managing e-commerce operations within the FMCG, beauty, health, or retail sectors.
Proficiency in using e-commerce and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub).
MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
