Through our leadership in connected lighting and the Internet of Things, we’re breaking new grounds in data analytics, AI, and smart homes, offices, cities and more Lead the regional sales team to drive sales targets as assigned by the commercial leader Ensure smooth operations and optimal performance across the sales channel, including dealers/distributors. Set clear targets for primary and secondary sales while aligning channel partners to achieve these objectives. Plan and execute demand generation activities such as promotions, product launches, and customer engagement events to drive sales growth. Optimize retail operations to enhance customer experience and improve store performance metrics. Enable implementation of visual merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and appeal in retail locations. Establish and maintain high standards of in-store hygiene and organization to improve customer experience. Lead and manage a high-performing team by setting clear goals and monitoring progress through lead and lag indicators. Use performance metrics to evaluate operational effectiveness and refine strategies for business success. Conduct training sessions to equip the team with knowledge and skills for promoting and selling new product launches effectively. Years of Experience: at least 12 years ·Area of Experience: Experience & knowledge of Channel, Project & Retail Sales MBA/PGDM (preferred) Financial and commercial acumen Stakeholder Management Commercial Savviness
