Key responsibilities:
Design Creation
Develop visually engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for a variety of mediums, including websites, social media, print materials, advertisements, and more.
Create branding materials such as logos, packaging, and corporate templates.
Collaborative Projects
Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to create design solutions that meet campaign objectives.
Translate ideas, concepts, and messages into compelling visuals.
Digital Media
Design and optimize graphics for web and social media platforms, ensuring mobile responsiveness and user engagement.
Edit and enhance images for digital campaigns.
Brand Identity
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all touchpoints.
Innovate new ideas for branding elements, keeping the company’s visuals fresh and current.
Project Management
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
Adapt designs based on feedback and revise drafts in a timely manner.
Trends & Innovation
Stay updated with the latest design trends, software, and tools to keep designs modern and relevant.
Experiment with creative concepts and layouts to elevate brand identity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
E ducation: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Software Proficiency:
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Knowledge of 3D design software is a plus (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.).
Experience: 1–3 years of proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
