Xylem Study Abroad seeks a dedicated and innovative Community Manager to join our team in

Kottayam. This individual will manage and grow our community across various distribution

channels, ensuring high-quality, engaging content is consistently delivered to our audience. If

you are passionate about content creation and building meaningful relationships with

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and engaging with the organization's online community in a way which builds brand awareness.They will work cross functionally with internal partners to understand business objectives in order to communicate effectively with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Management:

○ Develop, plan, and create engaging content that resonates with our audience

across multiple platforms, including social media, website, WhatsApp, and

Telegram.

○ Coordinate with the creative team to design visually compelling graphics, videos,

and written content.

○ Monitor trends in content and adjust strategy to ensure relevancy and maximum

impact.

2. Community Engagement & Growth:

○ Act as the main point of contact for Xylem Study Abroad's community,

responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and fostering a supportive online

environment.

○ Build and manage online groups, pages, and forums to enhance community

interaction and provide a platform for learners to connect and share experiences.

○ Develop strategies to increase engagement, expand audience reach, and build

relationships with influencers and community stakeholders.

3. Channel Management:

○ Oversee and optimize all distribution channels (social media, WhatsApp,

Telegram, etc.), ensuring content is published timely and reaches the target

audience effectively.

○ Implement strategies to enhance reach and engagement on each platform.

○ Track, analyze, and report on the performance of community and content

initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.

4. Collaboration & Support:

○ Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to align content with

business goals and educational initiatives.

○ Assist in organizing events, webinars, and live sessions to foster deeper

engagement with learners.

○ Provide insights on community feedback to help inform product, service, and

content decisions.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
  • Proven experience in community management and content creation, preferably in the

education or study abroad sector.

  • Experince Required :1-3 years
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
