Key Responsibilities:1.
Content Creation & Management:
Develop, plan, and create engaging content that resonates with our audience across multiple platforms, including social media, website, WhatsApp, and Telegram.Coordinate with the creative team to design visually compelling graphics, videos, and written content.Monitor trends in content and adjust strategy to ensure relevancy and maximum impact.2.
Community Engagement & Growth:
Act as the main point of contact for Xylem Study Abroad's community, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and fostering a supportive online environment.Build and manage online groups, pages, and forums to enhance community interaction and provide a platform for learners to connect and share experiences.Develop strategies to increase engagement, expand audience reach, and build relationships with influencers and community stakeholders.3. Channel Management : Oversee and optimize all distribution channels (social media, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.), ensuring content is published timely and reaches the target audience effectively.Implement strategies to enhance reach and engagement on each platform.Track, analyze, and report on the performance of community and content initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.4.
Collaboration & Support :Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to align content with business goals and educational initiatives.Assist in organizing events, webinars, and live sessions to foster deeper engagement with learners.Provide insights on community feedback to help inform product, service, and content decisions.
Qualifications:● Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.● Proven experience in community management and content creation, preferably in the education or study abroad sector.● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.● Proficiency in content creation tools and social media platforms.● Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
