Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Management: Develop, plan, and create engaging content that resonates with our audience across multiple platforms, including social media, website, WhatsApp, and Telegram.

  • Coordinate with the creative team to design visually compelling graphics, videos, and written content.
  • Monitor trends in content and adjust strategy to ensure relevancy and maximum impact.

2. Community Engagement & Growth: Act as the main point of contact for Xylem Study Abroad's community, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and fostering a supportive online environment.

  • Build and manage online groups, pages, and forums to enhance community interaction and provide a platform for learners to connect and share experiences.
  • Develop strategies to increase engagement, expand audience reach, and build relationships with influencers and community stakeholders.

3.Channel Management: Oversee and optimize all distribution channels (social media, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.), ensuring content is published timely and reaches the target audience effectively.

  • Implement strategies to enhance reach and engagement on each platform.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of community and content initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.

4. Collaboration & Support:Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to align content with business goals and educational initiatives.

  • Assist in organizing events, webinars, and live sessions to foster deeper engagement with learners.
  • Provide insights on community feedback to help inform product, service, and content decisions.


Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.

● Proven experience in community management and content creation, preferably in the education or study abroad sector.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.

● Proficiency in content creation tools and social media platforms.

● Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. What We Offer:
