We’re looking for a Creative Leader to head our in-house studio - someone who can turn business briefs into brand-building, culture-shaping ideas across copy, design, film, app, store, and digital. It’s about owning the craft, voice, and impact that bring the Licious brand alive at every touchpoint. Lead and grow our in-house creative team across certain businesses Drive campaigns, packaging, CRM, content, activations & more Be the custodian of Licious’ brand voice and visual identity Partner with brand & category teams to turn strategy into iconic creative A creative + strategic thinker Passion for food, culture, and storytelling Experience across ATL + digital campaigns Someone excited to explore AI as part of creative craft
