The company specializes in branding consulting, website planning, and lead capturing to help businesses enhance their brand presence. About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and people-smart Business Development Executive (BDE) to help us grow our client base and expand our reach. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, pitching our services, nurturing leads, and closing deals across industries like lifestyle, beauty, food, and wellness. This is a client-facing role where you'll act as the bridge between our creative team and prospective brands. Qualifications - Analytical Skills and Market Research expertise - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills - Experience in Lead Generation - Ability to effectively analyze market trends and customer behavior - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships - Relevant degree or certification in Business, Marketing, or related field Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Outreach Identify potential clients via social media, industry events, networking, and databases - Research leads and tailor outreach based on their business needs - Reach out via email, Linked In, cold calls, and DMs 2. Client Communication & Pitches - Set up and attend meetings with prospects (in-person or virtual) - Present our service offerings clearly and confidently - Understand client requirements and suggest the right mix of services (branding, digital strategy, content creation, etc.) 3. Conversion & Relationship Building - Follow up regularly and move leads through the sales pipeline - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for up-selling and referrals - Collaborate with the creative and strategy team to align deliverables with client goals 4. Reporting & Strategy - Maintain CRM records and sales reports - Share insights on client needs, trends, and gaps - Work with leadership on growth strategies and monthly targets What You’ll Need - 1 - 3 years of experience in business development or client servicing (preferably in digital/creative industries) - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong networking, persuasion, and follow-up abilities - Self-driven and target-oriented attitude - Comfortable with tools like Excel/Sheets, Notion, CRM software, etc. - Basic understanding of branding, social media, and marketing services Bonus Skills - Prior experience in an agency or media sales role - Knowledge of industries like beauty, wellness, fashion, or D2 C brands - Familiarity with pitch decks, proposals, and service pricing What We Offer - Competitive base pay + performance incentives - High-growth environment with learning opportunities - A creative and supportive team culture - Opportunities to work with exciting, emerging brands Interested candidates – Apply here or mail your Resume/CV to
