Role: Head – CSR & Development Initiatives Location: We are looking for a dynamic and visionary leader with 15+ years of experience to head our CSR & Development Initiatives. The Head – CSR will be responsible for designing, driving, and overseeing the organization's CSR strategy and programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory frameworks. Preference will be given to candidates with proven leadership experience, including Ex-Servicemen who bring discipline, strategic thinking, and strong execution skills.

Define and lead the overall CSR vision and strategy for the organization.

- Align CSR objectives with corporate goals and regulatory requirements.

- Build partnerships with corporates, NGOs, government bodies, and networks such as the Indian CSR Association and Indian Social Responsibility Network.

- Drive advocacy and thought leadership in the CSR ecosystem.

~ Ensure CSR projects comply with statutory requirements and organizational policies.

- Drive transparency, accountability, and governance across all CSR initiatives.

~ Lead, mentor, and develop CSR project managers and teams.

- Foster a high-performance culture with focus on impact and innovation.

- Monitor project outcomes and ensure scalability of successful programs.

Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Management, Social Sciences, or related field

~15+ years of professional experience, with at least 8–10 years in CSR leadership or program management.

~ Preference for Ex-Servicemen with proven leadership and organizational expertise.

~ Strong knowledge of CSR law, development sector, and regulatory frameworks.

~ Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

~ Impactful Work : Play a pivotal role in safeguarding Tanla's assets, data, and reputation in the industry.
