Head of Performance Marketing & Growth
to take complete ownership of our digital marketing efforts while also driving new business opportunities. This is a senior leadership role combining

Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Manage end-to-end marketing funnels: targeting, creatives, landing pages, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
- Monitor KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and ensure campaigns deliver ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages to maximize effectiveness.
- Oversee SEO strategy, content marketing, and organic growth initiatives.
- Build reports and dashboards to track performance for internal and client stakeholders.
Client Acquisition & Business Development
- Identify, engage, and onboard new clients for the company's marketing services.
- Prepare and deliver client proposals, presentations, and ROI-based solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Meet agreed monthly/quarterly business growth targets.
- Explore partnerships, networking opportunities, and referrals for new business.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Act as the single point of accountability for marketing performance and business development.
- Work closely with management to align marketing strategies with overall company goals.
- In future, recruit and lead a team of marketers and sales professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 4–8 years of experience in
performance marketing and client acquisition
(agency/startup background preferred). - Proven track record of successfully running performance marketing campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Demonstrated experience in acquiring and managing clients.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager, etc.), and CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive results.
