Job Description:
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to provide insights on customer behavior, sales performance, and marketing effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
Analyze large datasets from CRM systems to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
Conduct data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Create and automate reporting processes to streamline data analysis and improve efficiency.
Provide training and support to end-users on Tableau dashboards and analytics tools.
Stay updated with the latest trends in CRM analytics and data visualization to continuously improve reporting capabilities.
Technical Skills:
Tableau CRM, CRM Analytics, Einstein's Analytics, SQL.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Soft Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and changing requirements.
Good time management and prioritization skills
