We combine deep HR, legal, and payroll expertise with modern technology to empower global mobility including EOR (Employer of Record) and AOR (Agent of Record) services across the globe. The Regional Sales Lead will own PamGro’s revenue charter in the designated geography, focusing on building relationships with GSIs, global staffing firms, and enterprise clients. You will be responsible for client acquisition, sales strategy, and SDR team development to support PamGro’s growth in your designated markets. This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership role — ideal for a senior sales professional who can combine executive presence with operational drive. Sales & Business Development Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure. Establish an SDR and inside sales motion to drive outbound prospecting and lead qualification. Define sales playbooks, cadences, and metrics for pipeline creation and conversion. Ensure consistent opportunity tracking and CRM discipline for accurate forecasting and performance management. Work closely with the Global Head of Sales (London) to align Regional GTM with global strategy and client programs.
