About the Job Role:

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and supporting the finance team in ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, good analytical skills, and a sound understanding of accounting principles.

What will you do?

  • Manage daily accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and payment records.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for billing and payment queries.
  • Support in GST, Audits, and other statutory filings.
  • Reconcile bank statements and track expenses and income.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial data for audit purposes.

Key Skills Required :

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation is mandatory.
