Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, and hands-on experience in GST, TDS, bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and ledger management. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and compliance with statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping and Accounting: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions by entering data into accounting software.

GST and TDS Compliance: Prepare and file GST and TDS returns, ensuring timely compliance with government regulations.

Account Reconciliation: Perform periodic reconciliation of bank accounts, customer accounts, vendor accounts, and general ledger.

Ledger Management: Maintain and monitor general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.

Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation and assistance during internal and external audits.

Taxation Support: Assist in data management for the compliances.

Invoice Processing: Handle accounts payable/receivable, including invoice verification.

Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com or equivalent).

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an accounting role, with hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and financial reconciliations.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally).

Advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Knowledge: In-depth understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and ledger management.

Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in financial record-keeping.
