About Us:

ZWC Solutions Private Limited is a growing organization committed to sustainability and innovation. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team at our head office in Gurugram.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, voucher preparation, and bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and payment tracking.
  • Assist with monthly financial reporting and audits.
  • Support senior accountants in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Learn and manage company accounts using Zoho Books accounting software.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors.

Key Requirements:

  • B. Com graduate with a good understanding of accounting principles.
  • 3 to 6 months of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting processes (debit/credit, journal entries, ledgers, etc.).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to Zoho Books software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willing to work from our head office in Gurugram.
