Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive, based out of our Gurugram office. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining relationships, identifying opportunities to drive business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities include coordinating with various teams to support client needs, analyzing account performance, and generating reports. The Account Executive will also work on identifying new opportunities to maximize revenue generation.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service
  • Strong skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Business Development
  • Competency in Data Analysis and Report Generation
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Relevant experience in the consumer goods industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
