At Bhagwansons, based in Ludhiana, we engineer productivity and precision into your workflow.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Ludhiana. The Electric Panel Builder will be responsible for wiring electric panels, using soldering techniques, and operating a variety of power and hand tools, ensuring that all panels are built to specification and quality standards.Qualifications- Proficiency in Panel Wiring- Experience with Soldering- Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous- Vocational training or certification in electrical technology or a related fieldResponsibilities- Assemble electrical control panels, enclosures, and junction boxes based on electrical schematics and layout drawings.- Wire and route cables, terminals, relays, PLCs, contactors, breakers, transformers, VFDs, etc.- Identify correct components and layout positions.- Mount electrical components onto backplates or enclosures using hand and power tools.- Perform self-checks and continuity testing to ensure wiring accuracy.- Label wires and components accurately per drawing or spec.- Provide feedback for improvements in design for ease of build or cost savings.
