Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Ludhiana. The Electric Panel Builder will be responsible for wiring electric panels, using soldering techniques, and operating a variety of power and hand tools, ensuring that all panels are built to specification and quality standards. Qualifications - Proficiency in Panel Wiring - Experience with Soldering - Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently - Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous - Vocational training or certification in electrical technology or a related field Responsibilities - Assemble electrical control panels, enclosures, and junction boxes based on electrical schematics and layout drawings. - Wire and route cables, terminals, relays, PLCs, contactors, breakers, transformers, VFDs, etc. - Identify correct components and layout positions. - Mount electrical components onto backplates or enclosures using hand and power tools. - Perform self-checks and continuity testing to ensure wiring accuracy. - Label wires and components accurately per drawing or spec. - Provide feedback for improvements in design for ease of build or cost savings.
