Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ludhiana. The Electric Panel Builder will be responsible for wiring electric panels, using soldering techniques, and operating a variety of power and hand tools, ensuring that all panels are built to specification and quality standards.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Panel Wiring
  • Experience with Soldering
  • Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Vocational training or certification in electrical technology or a related field


Responsibilities

  • Assemble electrical control panels, enclosures, and junction boxes based on electrical schematics and layout drawings.
  • Wire and route cables, terminals, relays, PLCs, contactors, breakers, transformers, VFDs, etc.
  • Identify correct components and layout positions.
  • Mount electrical components onto backplates or enclosures using hand and power tools.
  • Perform self-checks and continuity testing to ensure wiring accuracy.
  • Label wires and components accurately per drawing or spec.
  • Provide feedback for improvements in design for ease of build or cost savings.
