At Bhagwansons, based in Ludhiana, we engineer productivity and precision into your workflow.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Ludhiana. The Electric Panel Builder will be responsible for wiring electric panels, using soldering techniques, and operating a variety of power and hand tools, ensuring that all panels are built to specification and quality standards.QualificationsProficiency in Panel WiringExperience with SolderingAttention to detail and adherence to safety standardsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and schematicsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyPrevious experience in a similar role is advantageousVocational training or certification in electrical technology or a related fieldResponsibilitiesAssemble electrical control panels, enclosures, and junction boxes based on electrical schematics and layout drawings.Wire and route cables, terminals, relays, PLCs, contactors, breakers, transformers, VFDs, etc.Identify correct components and layout positions.Mount electrical components onto backplates or enclosures using hand and power tools.Perform self-checks and continuity testing to ensure wiring accuracy.Label wires and components accurately per drawing or spec.Provide feedback for improvements in design for ease of build or cost savings.
