Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Ludhiana. The Electric Panel Builder will be responsible for wiring electric panels, using soldering techniques, and operating a variety of power and hand tools, ensuring that all panels are built to specification and quality standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Panel Wiring Experience with Soldering Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous Vocational training or certification in electrical technology or a related field Responsibilities Assemble electrical control panels, enclosures, and junction boxes based on electrical schematics and layout drawings. Wire and route cables, terminals, relays, PLCs, contactors, breakers, transformers, VFDs, etc. Identify correct components and layout positions. Mount electrical components onto backplates or enclosures using hand and power tools. Perform self-checks and continuity testing to ensure wiring accuracy. Label wires and components accurately per drawing or spec. Provide feedback for improvements in design for ease of build or cost savings.
