Astrafin is a tech based innovative Asset Life-cycle Management company targeting the B2B sector, Astrafin specialises in renting a variety of equipment, including IT, Data-centre assets, furniture & fitouts, plant & machinery etc. It helps enterprises in de-leveraging the balance sheet to leveraging technology for growth. Astrafin aims to bring in an enhanced cost-saving approach towards asset procurement and provide clients with tailored renting solutions.
Job Summary:
) Sales Lead is a strategic role that will drive Astrafin’s sales efforts, focusing on business growth and strong client relationships. This role requires a seasoned B2B sales professional with experience in financial leasing or asset management, who can develop and execute effective sales strategies. The Sales Lead will be responsible for building a robust sales pipeline, securing key accounts, and positioning Astrafin as a leader in asset lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Shape the Sales Strategy
- Develop a sales playbook that’s as innovative as it is effective, zeroing in on the B2B market, especially SMEs and mid-sized companies.
- Set bold targets, craft creative approaches, and adjust tactics on the fly to keep Astrafin’s growth trajectory soaring.
2. Play a Key Role in Product Evolution
- Work closely with the product team to refine our offerings based on market insights and client feedback, ensuring we stay ahead in the asset lifecycle management game.
- Channel customer insights and pain points directly into product development, playing a hands-on role in building solutions that are not just good but indispensable.
3. Win Clients & Close Deals
- Hunt down leads, deliver compelling pitches, and convert potential clients into long-term partners who swear by Astrafin’s solutions.
- Tailor our offering to meet each client’s unique needs—because “one size fits all” doesn’t cut it in the world of premium service.
4. Be the Client’s Go-To Champion
- Own client relationships from onboarding to renewal, acting as their trusted advisor and problem-solver.
- Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring Astrafin is their top choice for all asset needs and beyond.
5. Team Up for Seamless Service
- Collaborate with product, operations, and finance wizards to ensure a flawless client experience at every stage.
- Provide product feedback that influences our roadmap, working with teams to create customer-focused innovations.
6. Scout the Market Jungle
- Dive into market and competitor trends to unearth opportunities that sharpen our edge and build stronger client solutions.
- Help position Astrafin as the go-to brand for smart, tech-driven leasing, staying two steps ahead of industry shifts.
7. Track, Tweak, Triumph
- Don’t just track KPIs—decode what they mean for Astrafin’s future, using data-driven insights to adjust and refine the strategy.
- Identify the best tactics, eliminate roadblocks, and continuously optimize for success, ensuring Astrafin’s sales performance reaches new heights.
Key Requirements:
Experience
- 6+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in financial leasing, asset lifecycle management, fintech or financial services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams
- Experience selling to corporates, particularly SMEs and mid-sized companies, with strong knowledge of the asset leasing or financial services market.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and familiarity with leasing or ERP software.
