PSA BDP is expanding its footprint across India, and we’re looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to join our Delhi team — the heart of the nation’s logistics and trade network. Acquire and onboard new customers while growing existing accounts to achieve assigned sales and revenue targets. Maintain a healthy, high-quality sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups and relationship nurturing. #Promote PSA BDP’s Full Suite of Solutions Ocean & Air Freight, Customs Clearance, Contract Logistics, Port+ Solutions, CFS, Trade Compliance, LLP, Multimodal Transport, Surface Transport, and Digital Tools. Coordinate with internal stakeholders — Pricing, Operations, CHB, and Warehousing — to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction. Represent PSA BDP at industry events and exhibitions to enhance brand presence and build new partnerships. #Adhere to company policies, including FCPA compliance and all relevant legal guidelines. Ensure Salesforce CRM is consistently updated with all customer activities, opportunities, and wins. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred). ~5–6 years of proven experience in Sales or Business Development within Freight Forwarding & Logistics in the Delhi region. ~ Strong customer network and understanding of local logistics markets. ~ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. ~ Certifications in Supply Chain Management or Sales are an advantage.
