Our clients include global staffing firms, GSIs, and enterprises seeking trusted partners for compliant workforce expansion.Role OverviewThe Regional Sales Lead will own PamGro’s revenue charter in the designated geography, focusing on building relationships with GSIs, global staffing firms, and enterprise clients.You will be responsible for client acquisition, sales strategy, and SDR team development to support PamGro’s growth in your designated markets.This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership role — ideal for a senior sales professional who can combine executive presence with operational drive.Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business DevelopmentOwn and deliver revenue targets for India & SE Asia originated business.Drive new client acquisition across staffing firms, GSIs, and enterprise clients.Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and decision-makers to position PamGro as a trusted partner.2. GTM & Pipeline LeadershipEstablish an SDR and inside sales motion to drive outbound prospecting and lead qualification.Define sales playbooks, cadences, and metrics for pipeline creation and conversion.Ensure consistent opportunity tracking and CRM discipline for accurate forecasting and performance management.3. Strategic CollaborationWork closely with the Global Head of Sales (London) to align Regional GTM with global strategy and client programs.Collaborate with the CEO and cross-functional leaders in operations, compliance, and finance to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery.Contribute to pricing, proposal structures, and global
