Job Description Responsibilities: - Responsible for sales and promotion of world-class American automation products designed and made for the Indian market. - Conduct technical presentations for customers, perform detailed technical and business needs analysis, and recommend suitable automation solutions. - Follow up on existing sales leads and generate new business opportunities through telephone and email solicitation. - Execute direct sales to customers while providing strong support to local distributors in the assigned region. - Train distributor sales engineers on company products, applications, and selling techniques. - Reside within the assigned marketing area; the company has identified 75 marketing areas across India. - Manage and guide sales engineers operating within the designated region to achieve regional sales objectives. - Travel extensively within the assigned region to visit customer accounts and distributor locations. - Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, technical forums, and conferences to promote products and strengthen brand visibility. - Undergo advanced training programs on strategic selling skills, technical product knowledge, and participate in periodic training in the United States. Prerequisites / Requirements: - Proven track record of significant sales achievements in technical or industrial products. - Strong aptitude for computers and mechatronics concepts. - Aggressive, dynamic, and confident professional with excellent communication skills in English and local languages. - Proficient in making effective presentations to small and large groups. - Sound understanding of the sales process with eagerness to learn and apply strategic selling methods from global experts. - Strong leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills to manage and develop a high-performing sales team.
