Role & Responsibilities: Product demonstration and negotiation experience for HRMS software direct sales.
Support the organization in identifying and securing new business opportunities
Conduct client meetings, manage closures, and oversee sales management
Team management with an individual contributor role and P&L responsibility
Lead business development activities including data management, client coordination, presentations, and account management
Cold calling prospective clients, providing product information, and generating interest among prospects
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Close deals and manage negotiations with decision-makers
Drive marketing and business development for HROne (HRMS) solutions
Provide end-to-end solution selling post-lead generation
Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs based on client needs and budgets
Strategize effectively to create new customers on an ongoing basis
Generate leads, qualify accounts, and propose appropriate solutions after analyzing clients' business requirement.
