Location - Bangalore Stipend - Rs. 20 K / Month Duration: 6 Months (Opportunity to convert to full-time role based on performance) Role Description This is a full-time on-site internship role for a Performance Marketing Intern for a startup in Bengaluru. As an intern you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to performance marketing, including Running and Monitoring Facebook Ads, data analysis, A/B testing ads, and Reporting Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), X (twitter) and Reddit Collaborate on creating ad creatives, including copy, visuals, and formats, aligned with campaign objectives. Conduct A/B testing on ads, targeting, and landing pages to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates. Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights for improvement. Research and identify new marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance campaign performance. Qualifications Has at least 3+ Months of experience in Performance Marketing. Strong analytical skills with familiarity in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager and Mixpanel. Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting engaging copy. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Self-motivated, proactive , and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
