Statiq was named as the top 3 most promising start-ups by NASSCOM in the year 2020, it was the same year we got selected for Y Combinator, a Silicon Valley based accelerator program.About the Role: Hardware Solution Manager - EV ChargersLocation: GurgaonSector: Electric Vehicle ChargingJob Type: Full-TimeExperience: 3+Department: HardwareResponsibilities:To address technical compliance, statement of requirement and customer’s product related satisfaction issue.To determine the capabilities of products or services, especially in comparison to the products or services of leading competitors. Responsible for product benchmarking and market research.Technology transfer, outsourcing data, design, invention, material, software, technical knowledge and trade secrets from international overseas and onboarding technology partners.To drive product’s test and certification both inhouse and third party.Engagement with customers to grasp their requirement and showcasing products.Effective communicator with excellent management skills, strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong ability to interact with globally and remotely located business partners.Goal-driven and energetic forward thinker skilled in translating company business strategy into operational goals.Thorough understanding of international and national standards and compliances (EN/UL/IEC/ISO/CE).Expertise in JIRA, PLM and MS Tools.Experience in stabilization and implementation product planning according to APQP.To review and finalize the product specifications and product related documentation.Thorough understanding of EV chargers including electrical and electronics components switchgears, safety components, wiring, cable assemblies, PCBs, engineering drawings and manuals.Working with stakeholders to identify the challenges, blockers and inefficiencies in existing processes and delivering insights to drive business growth.To prioritise product features and capabilities.Qualifications:Required Experience Level:3-4 YearsPreferred Qualification:B.TechPreferred Skills:JIRAMS-ToolsAutoCADWhat’s on the table:Work with the super enthusiastic & passionate team who are looking forward to building India’s largest EV infrastructure.Amazing exposure to start-up culture – Be ready to take up challengesWe believe in "Growth", as we grow we will make sure you grow as well.
