About the Role: Hardware Solution Manager - EV Chargers

Location: Gurgaon

Sector: Electric Vehicle Charging

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 3+

Department: Hardware


Responsibilities:

  1. To address technical compliance, statement of requirement and customer’s product related satisfaction issue.
  2. To determine the capabilities of products or services, especially in comparison to the products or services of leading competitors. Responsible for product benchmarking and market research.
  3. Technology transfer, outsourcing data, design, invention, material, software, technical knowledge and trade secrets from international overseas and onboarding technology partners.
  4. To drive product’s test and certification both inhouse and third party.
  5. Engagement with customers to grasp their requirement and showcasing products.
  6. Effective communicator with excellent management skills, strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Strong ability to interact with globally and remotely located business partners.
  8. Goal-driven and energetic forward thinker skilled in translating company business strategy into operational goals.
  9. Thorough understanding of international and national standards and compliances (EN/UL/IEC/ISO/CE).
  10. Expertise in JIRA, PLM and MS Tools.
  11. Experience in stabilization and implementation product planning according to APQP.
  12. To review and finalize the product specifications and product related documentation.
  13. Thorough understanding of EV chargers including electrical and electronics components switchgears, safety components, wiring, cable assemblies, PCBs, engineering drawings and manuals.
  14. Working with stakeholders to identify the challenges, blockers and inefficiencies in existing processes and delivering insights to drive business growth.
  15. To prioritise product features and capabilities.



Qualifications:

Required Experience Level:

  • 3-4 Years

Preferred Qualification:

  • B.Tech

Preferred Skills:

  • JIRA
  • MS-Tools
  • AutoCAD
