about the role

Milestone tracking of each order and ensuring clear communication with SITA, their end customer (when required) and internal stakeholders.

Alignment of all internal resources and collaboration with SITA Delivery team / customer to schedule migrations (addition / modification)

Ensuring that migration is implemented as per project scope, all test results (pre/post) are duly taken from CRM/TDV/VPO/ICM/CoE & recorded in tools

Ensuring to release Service commencement notice to customer after successful implementation of project scope and push order to billing

Ensure recording all delays (Orange / SITA) in tools and record approvals from SITA delivery teams when delay is induced by SITA or end customer

Track service delivery (hardware / Circuit) and in case of delay in final implementation from SITA or end customer, agree Partial billing from SITA and alert SBU team for record keeping.

Track order till final closure and submission to Billing.

Liaise with various teams within Orange

Ensure 100% effectiveness in meeting SLAs (iTDD) and KPIs (NS#2, NS#3), revenue via billing and milestone management at all times.

Ability to learn fast, work in autonomous and business oriented mode along with capabilities to manage internal drives as shared by the management


about you

Knowledge and abilities

Extensive experience and Advance knowledge of Project Management skills, knowledge of LAN & WAN latest technologies, Carrier Networks, different telecom hardware and technology platforms.

Good understanding of Project Management methodology and its implementation. Excellent understanding of Network environment, equipment etc. Excellent communication skills, customer focused approach. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and with all nationalities and cultures. Proactive attitude to use his/her initiative to react quickly, to work effectively in emergency situations under minimum supervision. Self-motivated and capable to work within a strong team environment is essential. Basic understanding of ITIL framework. Must be fluent in both verbal and written english language. Possession of multi lingual skills is an asset. Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, demonstrating the ability to create detailed reports. Additionally, familiarity with artificial intelligence concepts and applications will be considered a valuable asset Previous experience of Airline / Aviation industry or Airline environment preferred.
