Job Description


Approval on Shipping Docs

Monitoring and managing the ticket queue

Respond to and follow up with orders in a timely manner

Meet the agreed SLA/KPI

Orders placed in the queue, need to be submitted through the supplier ordering portal

EOR & IOR

Commercial Invoice Creation

Shipment Booking

Create shipping docs

Create AWB and PL

Provide the shipping docs and tracking information to the requester by coordinating with multiple teams

Monitor the ticket till final delivery


Required Skillset:


“We are looking for candidates having 1-2 years of experience in creating international shipping documents and working with the transportation carrier etc. Trade compliance knowledge is not a requirement for these roles.


Help process the Move Order Requests (MORs), which are placed from various warehouses across several locations - both Google and non-Google sites


· Create shipping documents (CI, AWB) and ensure that all commercial documents in connection with the MORs are in place and compliant with shipping practices.

· Creation of Manual Trade documents as needed

· Manage the process of receiving MORs and Supply Chain Portal (SR+) requests

· Track and trace shipment delivery to the end user.

· Produce performance metrics to demonstrate performance to agreed SLA’s and KPI’s.

· Shipping documentation knowledge like custom clearance paperwork, Airway bill, etc.

· Industry which can be targeted - logistics business, third-party logistics, DHL, FedEx, etc.

· International + intra-region shipment of orders i.e. all hardware like laptops, desktops, peripheral, etc. Can be a bulk shipment to offices or directly shipping it to the users physical address.
