About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at our Banaswadi, Bangalore office. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the target market.
Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and social media platforms.
Client Relationship Building:
Engage with prospective clients to explain the company’s services and offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships to understand client needs and expectations.
Sales Support:
Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
Collaborate with the sales team to help close deals and meet revenue targets.
Market Research:
Analyze industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
Provide actionable insights to the business development team.
Administrative Tasks:
Update client information and interactions in the CRM system.
Track and report lead generation, outreach, and sales conversion metrics.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Confidence in client interactions and presentations.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
